You can create several listings at the same time using the Bulk Upload feature. To do this: download the appropriate bulk market template for the category you wish to list in, fill in all the required information in the template, and then upload the completed file to ArenaBuy. Important notes: you can upload up to 100 listings at once. Do not spam with unrelated or duplicate listings, as this may lead to a permanent ban.
First, review your transaction history in your account or simply refresh your browser. If you made your deposit using cryptocurrency, please allow time for the required blockchain confirmations. If your balance still hasn't updated, report the issue to support along with your transaction ID and proof of payment.

Submitting clear and detailed evidence will help resolve the issue more quickly.
The time it takes to resolve a dispute depends on how complex the case is. Some disputes may be settled instantly within minutes, while others may require several days for a proper review.
As long as your order is not yet marked as Complete, you can raise an Issue Order to dispute the transaction.
If your order gets canceled, the funds will be automatically refunded to your ArenaBuy balance. You can use your balance to purchase any other product on ArenaBuy.
If the order has not yet been marked as Complete, it can still be canceled, and your funds will be returned to your ArenaBuy balance. If a dispute arises, an admin will review the case and determine whether a refund is applicable.

To become a Verified Seller, you must complete your personal information in the Account Information section and submit 3 photo verifications according to the instructions in the Seller Verification section. Once verified, you will receive Verified Seller status, and you can start creating listings and selling products on ArenaBuy.
